I really love the way Andrea used the Swirly die cut on this page and the way she used the Word Window Punch as tabs on the photo frames. I also love the way she did the side border on the left side with the strips of DSP and CS. Andrea likes to use chipboard on her pages, too, to give them some more dimension.

Good Morning Sunshine Scrapbook Page

Paper- Good Morning Sunshine Designer Series Paper

Picture borders- So Saffron, Natural White, Bashful Blue. All of these were embossed with the Big Shot Backgrounds I Texurz Plates

Green border sticker- Hoppy Memories Simply Scrappin Kit

Chip Board- On Board "So Tweet"- The branch was covered with Chocolate Chip and Certainly Celery ink and then covered with Crystal Effects. The owl was done with Creamy Caramel, and then covered in Crystal Effects. For the eyes I used Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie Paper, then I used the Stampin Write Journal Pen to make the dot in the eye, and I put I a dot of Crystal Effects on the pupil to make it stand out. I also used Basic Black paper for the beak.

Ribbon- Bashful Blue

Words- Ticker Tape Alphabet stamp set with Only Orange ink

Journal circle- Natural White paper- lines were drawn with the Stampin Write Journal Writer- it was also embossed with the Backgrounds I Texturz Plates

Flower- Exoitic Stitches stamp set with the Only Orange ink pad. I put a Real Red Eylet in the center and covered the flower with Crystal Effects

Patchwork Card

Here is Andrea's recipe for this card:

Paper- Delicate Dots DSP
          Close to Cocoa CS- embossed with Texturz 1 plates
Ribbon- Bashful Blue Taffeta
Stamp- Full of Life in Stazon Jet Black ink on White Velum CS
Sponged around the edges in Old Olive
Chip Board- On Board So Tweet - in Certainly Celery, Apricot Appeal, and Rose Red craft inks. The leaves where embossed with Glassy Glaze Enamel and the flower is covered with Crystal Effects.
I also used the Corner Rounder on the paper and added Circle Ice Rhinestone Brads to the corners of the tag.

I really love the way Andrea did the patchwork effect on the background of the card. She helps inspire me with her ideas and motivates me in more ways than one.

My Guest Artist - Andrea Mackey & a Give-Away

I asked my daughter to make me some samples. She was anxious to get started, even though her order of current Stampin' Up! items won't be in until tomorrow. She did use a couple of discontinued items, but she did a great job.

Andrea used Chocolate Chip cs for the card background, Whisper White and Ruby Red cs for the card top. After crimping the white and red, she sponged the white with Ruby Red ink. She inked up the larger hearts from On Board Essentials with Ruby Red craft ink. The small heart was inked with White craft ink and both were embossed with the Clear EP. She likes to use buttons but only had some discontinued ones and the organza ribbon is discontinued. The greeting is from a discontinued set, also. After tomorrow, she will have all that she needs to make some more current samples for me.
